Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is in a very central location, which made getting around easy. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, but they could have been cleaner and were a bit tricky with the Wi-Fi and minibar discrepancies. The service was hit or miss-some staff were incredibly helpful, while others weren't as accommodating. Overall, I felt like I got decent value for the price I paid, but there's room for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, making it convenient for longer visits. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to a warm atmosphere. However, the dining options left something to be desired, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it's a good choice for its value and location in a quiet area close to the commercial avenues of Casablanca.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, with clean and spacious rooms that can easily accommodate a family. The service was exceptional, as the staff went above and beyond to assist me during my trip. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the location, while convenient, could be improved in terms of aesthetics. Overall, I think it's a good value for a family stay, especially considering the amenities offered.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with its spacious and well-equipped rooms, making me feel right at home. The location was simply perfect, central yet not too crowded, which was a big plus for me. The service was friendly overall, but I did notice some inconsistencies. My dining experience was a bit underwhelming since the breakfast could use more variety. Overall, it was good value for money, especially given the amenities available.
The hotel had a pretty good location, being within walking distance of the Hassan II Mosque, and I appreciated the kindness of the staff, especially the night receptionist and security. However, I was quite disappointed with the room conditions as they were cold and not well-maintained, making for an uncomfortable stay. The service I received from the front desk was rude and unhelpful, which really detracted from my experience overall.
